Earlier this week Diddy created what he is calling his Black 100 list which has many people questioning and discussing the Bad Boy Entertainment CEO’s logic.
The entertainment mogul included individuals from a wide range of fields including politicians, actors, journalists, musicians, athletes and many more. The list was created in order to exhibit individuals who have cultivated black culture and inspired the artist. Some of the names included former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama, choreographer Laurieann Gibson, Actress Gabrielle Union and her basketball player husband Dwayne Wade, as well as music moguls Jay Z and Beyoncé. The list did not end there. Diddy portrayed a wide range of prominent names in the industry, but not everyone included happened to be black.
Readers showed their confusion after stumbling upon names like Khloe Kardashian, Machine Gun Kelly, Mark Wahlberg, and Post Malone, demanding to know what exactly the criteria to make the cut was. The readers concerns continued and they did not hesitate to let the mogul know who he forget and who he should have left off. According to Billboard the 48 year old has something big planned after a series of Instagram uploads that indicated something is coming. The rapper wrote on one of the posts “Culture creators, I have something special for you”.
While many cant wait for the big surprise and news, Diddy is going to need to explain this one and how exactly he came up with who is on the list. Comment down below who you believe should have made the cut and who should be taken off.
