[MUSIC] MISTA SPLURGE & CHAD BUSSA TEAM UP

Newark’s own Mista Splurge has teamed up with Chad Bussa on “She Suck Dick” a track that should be on everyone’s radar.

THE ARTISTS

Mista Splurge has been on the rap scene for years, with some of his hits including “Float” “Sticc Up” and “2Gloccs.” He’s probably most well-known for his single “Jerome Jhamal” which crossed over through different markets and thrust him to the front of the rap game.

Mista Splurge is nothing if not prolific, as he’s collaborated with Lil Yatchy, A$ap Ant, Uno the Activist, Thouxanbanfauni and Nessly. Earlier this year, he released “Balla Blockkn” which features 7 new and awesome tracks.

Chad Bussa was born in New Jersey to Nigerian parents and fell in love with music at a young age after picking up a saxophone. As he matured, he took his background in jazz and meshed it with hip hop, creating his own distinct and recognizable sound. His background as a professional tennis player, making it up to an international competitor, helped shape him into the musician he is today. His eclectic style, high energy music and overall aura can likely be attributed to his background as a professional athlete.

Chad Bussa has appeared on tracks alongside GQ, Iman!man, Mook the Cartel and more, cementing himself as one of the top artists to keep an eye—and an ear— out for.

THE SONG

The pair have collaborated on “She Suck Dick” released earlier this year. The song is one of the rare modern rap songs that’s chorus still makes sense when edited for the radio with “She so thick.”

The song has a pretty strong and infectious beat. I can envision it being blasted through stereo systems as cars roll down the highway —or as a hopeful reassurance as a guy makes the late night drive to his girl’s house. The beat makes it so the song fits in any scenario, and with its surprisingly functioning clean version, it meets no restrictions!
