The new trailer for Beyoncé’s upcoming Netflix documentary titled “Homecoming” was released earlier this morning. The documentary is going to explore her renowned performance at Coachella last year. It is going to give an introspective look at black expression through performance and give behind the scenes look at Beyoncé’s life and family.
The movie is slated to be released on April 17 and will be available to stream on Netflix exclusively. Fans of the pop icon have speculated that this film could lead to a new solo project. It’s pure speculation, but Beyoncé hasn’t released a solo album since Lemonade, so it’s well within reason to be expecting something new.
Beyoncé seems to be on a bit of a roll as of late. Just last week she made news by signing an exclusive deal with Adidas, where she’ll be creating a custom shoe, as well as relaunching her Ivy Park brand. The way things are shaping up, 2019 is looking like it may be the year of Beyoncé.
