Travis Scott has just released a music video for “Wake Up”, a song off his latest album Astroworld.
Directed by Jonah Hill, the video is in black and white and follows Travis as he walks through a large house that is littered with bodies. Things progress and eventually he is floating in the sky.
This is Travis Scott’s fifth music video for Astroworld-related songs and Complex thinks this will be the last. There is no news about a follow-up album as we head into the second half of the year.
In my opinion, the video is great but it is brought down by the song, which is far from my favorite off the album. Even a good music video can’t make up for a lackluster song.
