Although XXXTentacion is one of hip-hop’s most controversial figures, J. Cole agrees that there’s no denying the kid has skill. During an interview with Adam22 from a No Jumper podcast, XXXTentacion popped up in the conversation and Cole said that the checked out the rapper’s work after seeing the viral incident of him getting punched onstage in San Diego last year.
“Last year, and the kid got punched on stage, it was clearly big enough to make into my realm,” stated Cole. “So that leads me to hearing some of his shit—damn, this nigga’s actually talented.”
As for Dagger Dick, the 20-year-old recently made a post on his Instagram story that he and Joey Bada$$ might be doing a collaboration project together.
